Content is king…who is emperor?

In the meantime developing my startups I had to deal with different mindset of people, The best one I have ever handled are the one who say the things in appreciation of their own work. Yes I am talking about the ones who do Internet Marketing. The Internet marketing managers are really the cool guys who can say anything & everything to first promote their own jobs. This is how they used to start “Sir Content is King” (each morning with new strategy to be in lime light 🙂 ) & They started making my Key HR busy who was told to be nicest with any of the folk. She can start each day looking for new staff members accordingly. Who can hold time? we can’t. The demands for new team members risen and ultimately we started suffering being startup that time.

We the management decided not to promote any sort of such activities within our premises and then ultimately we handed over our internet marketing tasks and even of our prestigious clients after getting their approvals to small newer startups who were focusing on Internet marketing alone. The difference I could find in my main interest of programming and the other tasks was that we could see the results of debugging or writing a new program very clearly on the screens But the other guys had rather tougher job as their results directly associated with the sales.

Ultimately we decided not to finish any of our interviews with individuals or smaller vendors on the same day. Now we started asking them all the story first to let them first show up with their actual profiles which gave us time to recruit the best among them so that we can deliver the best to our clients further. Do cross question the managers you hire if Content is King… who is queen & who is emperor & what about prince & princess?

Take your time while hiring.  There is no harm in discussing the things & he should tell properly.

Ask him the full story.
